Terms of Service
1.Who we are
The Service is provided by Beybudov Ibrahim, an individual entrepreneur based in Yeni Yasamal, Baku, Azerbaijan. You can reach us at [email protected].
2.Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, and if you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3.The Service
your.team is a keyboard-first work platform for project management and team collaboration. The Service is currently in public beta and we add, change, and occasionally remove features as it evolves. We aim to give reasonable notice before any material change that adversely affects how you use the Service.
4.Plans, billing & the free period
- Free. New workspaces receive full access to every module free for the first 3 months, with no card on file.
- Pro. After the free period, the Pro plan is $1.99 USD per user, per month, billed monthly and scaling with the number of active members on your workspace.
- Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Paddle (Paddle.com), who act as the merchant of record for purchases. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
- Applicable sales tax and/or VAT is calculated and shown at checkout. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the Service;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted; or
- reverse engineer the Service except to the extent the law allows.
6.Your content
You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to Your Content and that it complies with these Terms.
7.Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Beybudov Ibrahim and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
8.Availability & warranties
We work hard to keep the Service available, but during beta it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
9.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10.Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, liability) will continue to apply.
11.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable consumer law gives you additional rights.
