Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.The free period

Every new workspace gets the first 3 months free, with no card on file. You will not be charged during this period and no charge is made without your consent.

2.Subscriptions & renewals

After the free period, the Pro plan is $1.99 USD per user, per month, billed monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

3.How to cancel

When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period — you keep access until then, and you are not charged again afterwards. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period unless required by law.

4.Refunds

If you were charged in error, experienced a technical problem that prevented you from using the Service, or are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer law, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. We review every request in good faith and, where a refund is due, it is issued to your original payment method through Paddle.

5.How refunds are processed

Because Paddle is the merchant of record, approved refunds are returned via Paddle to the payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You can also raise billing or refund queries directly with Paddle via Paddle's buyer support.

6.Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer laws of your country of residence.
