Refund Policy

YourTeam ("your.team", "we", "us") wants you to be happy with your purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who act as the merchant of record for all purchases.

1.14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction. We will refund your payment in full to your original payment method.

Request it directly through Paddle's buyer support.

3.How refunds are processed

Because Paddle is the merchant of record, refunds are returned via Paddle to the payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4.Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace billing settings, or by emailing [email protected]. After cancelling, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
