Privacy Policy
1.Data we collect
- Account data — name, email address, workspace details, and password (stored hashed) you provide when registering.
- Content data — the issues, projects, comments, and files you create in the Service.
- Billing data — when you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled by our payment provider Paddle, who act as merchant of record. We receive limited details (e.g. plan, country, the last four digits of a card, invoice records) but we do not store your full card number.
- Usage & device data — log data such as IP address, browser type, and actions taken in the Service, used to keep it secure and reliable.
2.How we use data
- to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- to process payments and manage subscriptions;
- to communicate with you about your account, security, and changes to the Service;
- to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- to comply with our legal obligations.
3.Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the bases of performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, your consent (where requested), and compliance with legal obligations.
4.Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service under appropriate agreements, including:
- Paddle — payment processing and merchant-of-record services;
- cloud hosting, email, and analytics providers acting on our instructions; and
- authorities where required by law, or to protect our rights and users.
5.International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6.Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
7.Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8.Security
We use technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review — to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and respond promptly to incidents.
9.Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service, and limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect how the Service works.
10.Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
11.Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
12.Contact
For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact [email protected], or write to us at Yeni Yasamal, Baku, Azerbaijan.
